Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your pieces pop us an email at ateam@theazurinastore.com. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of monogrammed pieces, we do not accept returns as a general rule. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, however, do let us know. Please note due to the unique nature of the leather cut the design and pattern on all of our croc effect items will vary from piece to piece.
