Oreo Brownie

You Will Need
2 Eggs

90g Butter
140g Sugar

40g Plain Flour

20g Cocoa Powder

25g White Chocolate Chips

90g Dark Chocolate Chips

50g Fresh Raspberries

2tbsp Freeze Dried Raspberries

100g Oreos (we use lots!)

 

Makes 9 Squares

 

Directions

1. Heat oven to 190c/ Fan 160c
2. Line the base of a 6"x6" Square Tin with greaseproof paper and scatter with half your Oreos broken up & 1/3rd of your raspberries

3. Place a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water and add your chocolate & butter stirring occasionally till completely melted remove from heat and leave to cool

4. Break the eggs into a large bowl add the sugar and whisk with an electric whisk or mixer the mix has doubled in size and looks thick & creamy

5. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the eggs and fold together until all the chocolate has been incorporated

6. Add the flour and cocoa to the mix and fold again until it's all combined

7. Finally fold in your chocolate chips and raspberries

8. Pour the mix into your tin and top with Oreos (as many as you like)

9. Bake in the centre of the oven for 15-18 minutes depending in your gooeyness preference

10. Remove from the oven & leave to cool before cutting into 9 squares and EATING THEM ALL!
